All about those stripes

For those of you who have been following me on Instagram for some time, you will know that I love a good stripe. They are perfect to pair with classics, like denim and black pants, but they are also a great way to mix your patterns.

I find that when I am trying to mix things up and add a pop of color, stripes just seem to go with everything. This is a great way to revamp those pieces you are tired of and bring them back to life. My favorite combination with stripes (besides jeans) is pairing with a floral pattern. It is such a fun way to bring in those spring floral trends and make them pop with a contrasting pattern.

Peachy-keen

The sun is out and I am scooping up as many Spring dresses as I can get my hands on. I find that when you don't need a dress for a special occasion, you find tons. But when it comes to finding something for an event, you can never find anything!

With warmer weather around the corner, my go-to is an easy lightweight dress that I can wear to the beach or to brunch with my girlfriends and not look too overdressed. This beautiful peach dress from Paper Crown fit both those requirements.

Short & Sweet

I am really loving the warm weather this week. After getting back from Mexico for work, I am planning on taking these next few days to do some spring cleaning (specifically to my closet). I feel so much better buying new clothes for the season, when I know that I have shed my winter coats!

One of the new items for my Spring wardrobe include this top from Paper Crown's new spring line! It takes the crop top and adds some class with the scallops and floral print. It's lightweight material makes it perfect to dress up with come trousers or down with jeans.

Spring Fever
