| I don't normally gravitate to the color pink, but when I saw this cape from Forever 21 I fell in love. Pairing a classic structured blazer (or cape) with some ripped denim is a favorite go-to look that gives you a polished, laid back style. I have a feeling I will be wearing this quite a bit as fall comes around. Cheers! Jac |

Do you ever feel like
you are constantly going through a style change? Every season, I find myself
shifting gears from east breezy summer wear to professional, 70’s inspired
blouses in the fall. Constantly changing your style and evolving your wardrobe
is what makes it fun – but I can’t help but feel like I am constantly trying to
identify my exact style.
Through all the
changes in seasons, trends and styles I always come back to the basics that
will NEVER go out of style: jeans and a white t-shirt. This style will always
be true to who you are and not only looks good, but is the most comfortable
outfit out there (besides my workout clothes).
Pairing jeans and a
t-shirt with the current scarf trend is a nice touch to glam up a simple, yet
classic style.

There is nothing I love more than those warm summer nights when can just throw on some
shorts and a tank on and head out for the night. I tend to keep things more on the casual side this time of the year, but find ways to dress it up with some cute shoes or a different type of top.

I love San Diego. It is the place I grew up and will forever
call home.
Part of the reason I love San Diego (besides being by the ocean) is being able to shop and local stores that have been
around for years!
I was recently invited to come to shop at Cedros Soles, a landmark store on Cedros Avenue in
Solana Beach, CA, which recently expanded their store. Walking in, I felt like a kid
in a candy store. Some of my favorite brands such as Flynn Skye, Free people,
Bernardo, and denim galore (Literally, there is a whole wall dedicated to it - AG,
One Teaspoon, more!!), which are available here.
If you live or are visiting San Diego, Cedros is a great
spot to shop, and I highly recommend you check-out Cedros Soles. You will not
regret it!

You would think the summer is a time of the year when you
would have more time to do everything, but when work and vacations come into
play, that is definitely NOT the case! I apologize for the inconsistent posts lately,
but I promise I will do a full recap on my outfits during my trip to Cabo :) More to come on that!
With summer here, the clothing sales seem to be everywhere!
Nordstrom Anniversary sale, Revolve, Madewell 40% sale items… its everywhere!
It is so tempting to just go buy everything because it’s a good “deal”, but I
have learned to just stick with the classics! Black, white and tan are three
colors that will never go out of style. And when you live in San Diego, you can
pretty much wear shorts and jeans all year round (sorry for those folks in
actual weather towns!).
I scored this lace top (on sale for $20!) and this cute
light weight coat at H&M not too long ago. Take advantage of the sales, but
remember to keep in classy when purchasing :)
